View active sessions

Users who need to manage organizational details can see the user name of everyone who is currently logged in to an application.

Tips and Tricks

  • If your License Manager session times out due to inactivity, you may be asked to authorize your corporate account before License Manager opens again.
  • Signing out of License Manager does not sign you out of Inspire.

To view expiring subscriptions:

  1. To open License Manager:
    1. In the top right corner of the Inspire menu bar, click the default profile picture or the one you previously added.
    2. Select My Profile...
  2. You may be asked to authorize your corporate account before License Manager opens.
  3. In License Manager, go to the menu on the left side and select the home Dashboard.
  4. To see the latest data, go to the top right corner of the screen and click Refresh.

    Results: You see the list in Active Sessions().

    • To sort the list, click a column heading.

    In Active Sessions, you can see:

    • The Inspire Application name
    • The Organization the user belongs to
    • The Domain Key being used
    • The User Name as it is used when logging in
    • The User Type to see the level of permissions, such as Administrator or Standard
    • The Seat Type, such as Standard or Review Only
    • The user's IP Address
    • When the user logged in, listed as Usage Start
    • A Terminate Session option to sign the user out of Inspire and return them to the Sign In screen (For Seat Types of Standard and Review Only)
