Archive multiple reviews at once

You can hide completed reviews so they don't appear in the list of reviews on the Reviews Management tab. This action helps you limit the list of reviews to ones that are still actively being worked on. You can hide a Cancelled or Completed review by archiving it. Hidden archived reviews can be added back into the list if you need to access them again. You must archive a review first before you can delete it.

1. Click Reviews.
2. On the Reviews Management tab, in the list of reviews, select the checkbox for Cancelled or Completed reviews you want to archive.
3. On the Selected Reviews panel, click Archive .
4. On the Archive Review dialog, click Yes.
5. To refresh the list of reviews, click refresh . You'll see that the archived reviews aren't in the list.
6. To add an archived review back into the list, in the Reviews toolbar, search for the review and select Include Archived.
