Copy the ID of an AI index

As an administrator, after you create an index and add data to it, you can copy the ID of the AI index. This ID can be used if you want to re-use the content in the index in your own chat bot.

Before you begin:

  • To access this premium feature, you must purchase it separately. Please contact your Vasont customer representative.
  • Although you can enable the creation of an AI index, create an index and add data to it, be aware of the following restrictions:

    • Users cannot manually add, update, or remove data from an index
    • Images are not supported in an AI index
    • Data stored in an AI Index is not currently used in any searches in Inspire

To copy the ID of an AI index:

  1. From the Administration menu, select Advanced Settings, and then AI configuration management.
  2. On the AI configuration management screen, go to the ID's row and select Copy to clipboard.

    Results: You can now paste the ID into a document or code.
